Current Music: Eyerer & Chopstick - Haunting (Christopher Just Remix)
So, I'm looking for a mod which will allow me to make notes about people in-game.

I know there are a variety of addons which will allow you to make notes about the characters on your friends list or your ignore list, but I don't want to add the people in question to either list - I just want to be able to make notes like "Was a sexist ass in trade channel" or "Did less DPS than the tank in last heroic" or whatever, and then see the list of flagged people later.

Anything out there that'll do the job?

I have a great addon to recommend - called "Do I Know You" (you can find it at wow interface). You can rate people up and down one (+1 -1, default setting is neutral), make comments about them, and sync this information with your guild (if someone rates someone -1/+1 multiple times it adds together). Ratings show up in LFG, chat, whispers, or when you shift click their name (although I was using a chat mod, so not sure if this all shows up with default). I love it, just haven't gotten around to adding it to my current compilation. :)

Also you can browse your ratings/people from a separate menu.

Auld Lang Syne will do this... you have to temporarily add them to your friends/ignore list, add the note, then take them off your list, but the mod keeps the note stored anyway. Also works for guild notes, even after they've left the guild.
