All in One Inventory: OneBag.

Self Casting: I'm not sure I understand what you want. I believe there is a self-cast option accessible through the interface settings already in WoW. Most action bar replacements have some self-cast functionality as well. I use TrinityBars to replace the standard action bars and I know they have some nice self-cast options.

Something fun: SilverDragon will alert you when there is a rare mob near you.

Now that Silver Dragon mod DOES sound like something unique and fun.

As far as selfcasting goes, I guess there are a number of macros you can use to make your own self casted button version of a spell, or just use the Alt when casting option built into wow.

Onebag seems to be the popular vote for a bagmod. Thanks again.

[plug]If you use OneBag, I advise using MrPlow to keep everything in order! [/plug]

Otherwise, if you're not afraid of slightly cutting edge stuff that's still under development, Baggins, from www.wowace.com/files is a pretty good organiser.

All in one inventory: Bagnon
Self casting: Bartender3 -- It's a bar mod, but it has the capability to allow you to right click on a spell on your bar to self-cast without switching targets (because I never EVER remember to alt-click -_-). It is total priestly love for me.
